Step 5

A new menu will pop out click on your account and then on “other account issues” it is important to know that it doesn’t really matter what you choose initially if the person whom you’re chatting with can’t sort out your problem. They will eventually transfer you to someone who can deal with your issue.

Step 6

“Phone” should already be selected it’s completely up to you if you want to change your name into something else or if you want to provide a short description. However, please tick the box which says this issue is “urgent and requires immediate attention”.

To be fair, it doesn’t do much other than just alert Amazon that you’re in a rush to have your problem sorted out this however does not usually guarantee a fast response.

Select phone, country, write your telephone number and then “call me now”
